For your consideration is a very nice old mineral water bottle from the late 1800's
Salt glazed stoneware crock with brown hues changing from lighter to darker
Applied handle with cursive "
No 1"
incised just bellow it
Stamped upfront
"SELZER WASSER
" in a circle with a logo and the words "
LEONHARDIQUELLE BRUNNEN = VERWALTUNG ROSS = KARBEN HESSEN"
There is an very old, possibly original cork stuck on top that we have not tried to remove
Circa 1890's  to 1910's, Germany
Measurements:
Approx. 11.5" high x 4.5" across with the handle x 3.5" base diameter
Weighs about 2 lbs. 9 oz.
Condition:
Very Good overall. Please see photos. All original and unaltered. No cracks, losses, hairlines or restorations. The glaze shows slight irregularities, most likely a result from the firing process, which also caused some other minor imperfections
